Erectile dysfunction natural treatments

Erectile dysfunction treatment has evolved significantly over the decades and men have more than one alternative to cure it, deciding upon what they want and what suites them best.
For men who prefer a natural approach of the problem, homeopathic and herbal treatments may be the right solution. Although some researches stated that this type of treatment is only a self inducted impression of the subjects, clinical trials proved them wrong.

A study conducted at Asan Medical Centre in Seoul, Korea in November, 2002 investigated the effectiveness of Korean red ginseng in improving erection. 45 patients were divided into two groups, one of them taking ginseng and the other one placebo controlled. The administrated dose of ginseng was 900mg three times a day. The results of the trial revealed that patients treated with Korean ginseng had higher erectile response than the placebo controlled group. Almost 60% of the cases treated with ginseng presented significant erectile improvements. Conclusively, red ginseng can be considered a trustworthy alternative for treating male erectile deficiency.

Chinese medicine also provides a series of methods including herbs but also psychological exercise. By enhancing a different approach to sex, Chinese believe a man can cure his ill body and step to another level of life. They suggest erotic massages and sensual touches combined with a state of meditation and concentration over oneself.
